VRO VRA Recruitment Notification 2013-2014 Released. Recruitment Notifications for appointment to the Post of Village Revenue Officers, Village Revenue Assistants is expected soon. Expected that There will be 4305 VRA Posts state wide, and 1657 VRO Posts. Govt has given permission to Chief Commissioner of Land Acquisition (CCLA) vide GO.323 dated 4.12.13 to take up the Recruitments through Departmental Selection Committees. Hence all the aspirants are informed to get ready for another competitive exam to get a job in State Government.

VRO Recruitment Notification, Online Applications Detailed Process

We can assume details of the upcoming Notification by comparing with previous notification which was held two years ago. Qualifications, process will be expected same. Let us see the details given for 2011 Recruitment.

Process of Recruitment: 
Selection is in the Direct Recruitment through District Selection Committee.
Applications will be invited On-line in the proforma, application available on the WEBSITE (http://ccla.cgg.gov.in) from eligible candidates with in the stipulated dates for recruitment to the post of Village Revenue Officers as per Andhra Pradesh Village Revenue Officers Service Rules, 2008 for direct recruitment through the District Selection Committee

Qualifications for VRO Post:
Must have passed Intermediate Examination conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Examination or its equivalent Examination.

Age Limit:
The applicant should have completed (18) years of age as on 01.07.2013 (Cut off Date may change, wait for notification) and should not have completed (34) years of age as on the said date.
(in case of SC / ST / BC, maximum age limit shall be 39 years)

Selection Process:
The Selection of candidates is based on an objective type Written Test for 100 Marks at Intermediate level.
  • General Studies : 60 Marks*
  • Arithmetic Skills : 30 Marks
  • Logical Skills : 10 Marks
* 50% of questions (30 Marks) will be aimed at testing the knowledge of the candidate on rural areas and rural living conditions.

Rule of Reservation:
The Rule of Reservation is applicable, Rule-22 of General Rules of the Andhra Pradesh State and Sub-ordinate Service Rules) shall apply to appointments to the category of V.R.A in each Mandal.

Number of Vacancies:
Approximate number of vacancies in each category of posts in the District Mandal wise will be  available in District Official websites. Copy of the same will be displayed at Tahsildar Offices, Divisional Offices and Collectorate.

Qualifications and Eligibility for VRA Post:
Must have passed S.S.C. (10th class) Examination conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent Examination.
Shall be the Native of the Revenue Village for which the Recruitment is notified.

Age Limit for VRA Posts:
The applicant should have completed (18) years of age as on 01.07.2013 (May change as per notification) and should not have completed (35) years of age as on the said date.
(in case of SC / ST maximum age limit shall be 40 years)

Scale of Pay:
Rs.3,000/- Honorarium and other allowances as fixed by Government from time to time.
