  1. I retired from service as Principal of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Junior College, Hyderabad which is an Aided College. My entire service as Junior lecturer and Subsequently as Principal is fully aided and now I am drawing Service pension under Liberalized Pension Rules of 1980 after retirement that includes Rs.350 per month towards medical allowances. Further it was made clear vide G.O.Ms. No68 HEALTH MEDICAL & FAMILY WELFARE (K1) DEPARTMENT, Dated 28th March 2011,accepting the Extension of Medical Facilities to the Staff of Aided Institution and order for adoption of the same to all the eligible categories of employees and pensioners with immediate effect and instructed all Heads of Departments in the state shall communicate the same to all Units officer under their control for information for implementation. This is where exactly the employees are put to difficulties because of the indifferent and lethargic attitude of the concerned Head of the Department in taking necessary action at their end making the employees to suffer and made them to approach courts for unnecessary expenditure both to the Government and to the employees. Although I submitted the Medical Bills for reimbursement duly following the procedure and The Director of Medical Education of TS has approved the medical bills the PAO of Hyderabad has returned the bills submitted for want of clarification whether it is applicable to Retired staff of Aided institutions or not despite showing all the relevant GO’s to substantiate my clime. This is the plight of the retired employees for the negligence of concerned Department in taking action as per the Government Orders at the appropriate time. I am sure the Government of TS will take cognizance of my claim and instruct the PAO Hyderabad to accept the Medical bills for reimbursement without any further delay and unnecessary and unreasonable further queries.
