All the District Educational Officers and Project Officers, SSA in the state are informed that the SPO, SSA, Telangan State, Hyderabad has decided to reimburse the expenditure incurred for Printing and Supply of Question Papers of Summative I, II & III Exams for the Classes I to VIII for the year 2014-15.

Rc.47 Guidelines for Payment of Expenxditure for Summative Papers in Telangana
- In this regard the following instructions and guidelines are issued m conducting the Summative I, II & III Exams for 2014-15.
- To conduct the Summative I, II & III exams in the state for Classes I to VIII as per the CCE and to claim the expenditure incurred for Printing of Question Papers from the funds of SSA.
- To pay the bills from the respective DPO to concerned DEO after verification of bills for the expenditure incurred for printing and supplying of Question Papers.
- Release the amount of Printing and Supply for Summative - I, II & III not more than Rs.3.00 per child for each Summative test for no. of students enrolled into DCEB of concerned district
- The budget shall be met from the Academic Support through CRC intervention.
