A P SOCIAL WELFARE RESIDENTIAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS SOCIETY :: HYDERABAD (APSWREIS) 5TH CLASS ADMISSIONS 2013 NOTIFICATION:
Prescribed Application format is herewith attached and the same can be downloaded and submitted to the Principal, APSWR Schools in the district.
Applications receiving Centres: Eligible Candidates are directed to submit their application forms to the Principal of APSWR Institution in the district.
Eligibility Criteria:
a) SC / ST students should have born between 01.09.2000 to 31.08.2004.
b) OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01.09.2002 to 31.08.2004.
c) The student should be a bonafide of Class IV during the academic year 2012-13 in any Government School or any recognized school of Andhra Pradesh.
d) The parental income for the year 2012-13 should not be exceed Rs.60,000/- per annum.
e) The candidates can apply to any APSWR School of the district for which he / she belongs.
NOTIFICATION FOR ADMISSION OF STUDENTS IN CLASS V IN APSWR INSTITUTIONS LOCATED IN THE STATE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-2014
Applications are invited from the students who are studying Class IV at present and eligible for applying Class V admissions into APSWR Institutions. The schedule for submission of applications and processing of admissions is as follows:
Dates for processing of V Class Admissions:
- Issuing of applications to the students free of cost and Registration of applications by paying Rs.50/- for each application.: 06.05.2013
- Last date for receipt of filled in applications: 25.05.2013
- Drawal of lots for selection of students: 31.05.2013
- Date for Display of selection list: 31.05.2013
- Closure of admissions: 30.06.2013

How to Apply:
- Filled in Application forms should be submitted on or beore 25th May with a Registration fee of Rs.50/- to any Principal of APSWREIS School within the Same District to which the candidate belongs
- To send the applications through Post Registration fee should be send through DD infavour of Secretary, APSWREIS Society, Hyderabad.and sent to any Principal of the APSWREIS of the same District
Available seats will have to be filled up as per the reservation pattern given below
1. SC-75%, ST-6%, Scheduled Castes converted to Christianity (BC-C) – 12%, B.C. – 5% and others 2%.
2. Not exceeding 15% of the seats, the children from the families who are withdrawn from Bonded labour, Orphans, Children of Jogins / Basavins, Victims of atrocities, shall be given seats as per the Standing order of the Society.
3. Up to 3% seats are earmarked for orphans / destitutes in the age appropriate to the class in Residential Schools as per G.O.Ms.No.47, dated 31.08.2010.
4. 3% of seats are reserved for disabled children.
