Therefore, they are requested to take up the Printing Work as per the above specifications and as per the existing norms and procedure after taking due approval from District Collector/Chairperson RVM (SSA) shall be adopted. The above expenditure may be met from AWP & B for 2013 under Media/Management cost. You can also add local & District Ministers Photos also, if required.
They are further informed that conduct of “Education Fortnight” is the prestigious programme of the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. Hence they are requested to treat this activity as top priority and see that activity should be completed as per schedule.
